Height settings from 21" to 31" ensure people of most heights can work comfortably and ergonomically. Contours and waterfall seat improve lower-body circulation and encourage proper spine alignment. Conveniently placed handle helps when relocating work spaces. Along the office chair's base cylinder, a threaded knob adjusts the chrome footring's height from 6.5" to 16.5".
